I brought a chain in to get fixed. I was never contacted that it was finished and went in a week later after none of my phone calls went through. The fixing job I literally could have done myself with a jump ring from hobby lobby, I’ve attached a photo of it. Obviously not fixed correctly and will likely easily break in the future. If the chain was not able to be properly fixed I should have been notified about it before paying or dropping off my chain. Incredibly disappointed with this work. I had my wedding set soldered together and sized down. My rings fit so much better now. I really appreciate the fact that my set was cleaned and polished too.
Dropped off a ring to have sized and a new stone added - 47 days later still not done. Very disappointed!
Took in my fiancé’s ring to be resized and it was finished same day! Very happy with the work done and the customer service- highly recommend!!
