Linda, Rosa and the Maelle team are absolutely amazing at what they do! The team are extremely warm, patient and gentle and they are are happy to make suggestions without pushing you to make any decision. They make sure the wedding dress is exactly how you want it to be, confirming every single detail with you during the process. There is no better feeling than walking down the aisle knowing that your wedding dress is exactly what you want it to look like. Thank you so much to the Maelle team!

I had the most horrendous first stop bridal shop experience here. I was so excited after seeing so many styles online and the raving reviews. The stylist who served me was so cold in her manner. She eyed me top to bottom as I walked in( I was dressed appropriate for the day btw).No smiles what so ever. If you’re spending over 10K dresses you would expect some form of decent customer service. It’s bittersweet knowing I’ll only be married once (I hope) so only get to deal with Maelle this one time. Linda, Freda and the team were absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish. Being a nervous bride they were so patient, and made me feel at such ease throughout the whole process. My dress was exactly how I envisioned and more!! Quality, craftsmanship, price, service - Maelle ticked every box! Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you thank you 🩷

No welcome when entering the store. The staff acted like they didn’t care and weren’t very helpful. When going to spend over $10,000 on a dress, you would hope it would come with good service. This is the reason I didn’t buy my dress from here
