Very poor communication and unprofessional SOMEONE wrote a very hateful letter back to me rude and unnecessarywould never recommend this business to anyone!!!!
Excellent service, quality of work, and value - gave an estimate, picked up, repaired, and delivered our large leather couch. Repaired structural damage to internal wood frame and replaced top of seat cushion. Better than new! Highly recommended - exceeded expectations, great to work with.
This shop was contacted by a shipping company to perform repairs to a piece of furniture that was damaged during shipping. The first appointment was scheduled for 5 days after our initial conversation, a conversation in which Mr. Mallard recited a verbal resume that should prove that he is a legendary craftsman.
