Really worth to stop! While on our roadtrip following the coast line down south.
Traveling with the fam looking for a bite for lunch and found this spot and was optimistic. I’m gluten free (allergy) and asked if they had gluten free bread so I could order one of their fun sounding sandwiches. The answer I received was “about the only thing gluten free we have here is the lettuce”. I went with my backup option of a salad but was put off by the response. My family liked their choices. As for the service in this quaint small town, it left a bitter taste.
A great place for a quick bite. We had the roast beef sandwich, a chicken Caesar wrap, and the corn crab chowder. All was very tasty and the chowder was remarkable! Definitely worth the 10 minute side trip. Food to the table in about 3 minutes. Free public parking lot across the street.
