This is a month to month place ,roads are bad and the place is trashy
Quite, peaceful place
The roads throughout the park are covered with pot holes. The dumpster in the back has trash all around it as well as a burn site for other items that won’t fit in the dumpster. The cops are called every other week if not at least once a week. The maintenance crew is definitely not certified to be doing half the jobs they do. It may take 5-7 visits to fix one issue. Not like pictures. Nasty run down unkempt place with questionable hookups that might short circuit an RV. Rude manager. Stole my deposit and refused to refund although given plenty notice. Avoid here. Be smart.. Listen to reviews
