Blew the engine on my new boat and the folks at Mallard Marine were great. They took the boat and worked with Mercury on the warranty claim. Got everything fixed and it didn't cost me a dime. On top of that they walked me through the details answered all my questions. I will be doing all my future business with Mallard.
Just got my boat back from Mallard. Active target 2 installed, bilge pump fixed, trailer re-wired w/new lights, percolator switch fixed, new battery, dedicated power harness. They completed the work quickly and everything was done right. Priced the work fairly and had great customer service. This is my second time using Mallard, highly recommend!
I just wanna say thank you for the trolling motors again! We had some issues with shipping where some stuff disappeared. Trace stepped up to the plate and made it right. I highly recommend these guys.
Boat maintenance and sales. Trace is the owner, he is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. He also does consignment sales and will handle advertising and test drives for a reasonable fee.
