the staff is not trained very well and management is very disorganized and there is very little comunication to make sure residents are safe they don't make sure caregives have food handler cards before going into kitchen to handle food

While we do not have a loved one living here we love the staff and appreciate all they have done for our family. My late husband passed away a year ago early this month and they graciously allowed us to host his Celebration of Life here. They were accommodating to all our needs and made a very difficult time easier with all their tender caring. They are all about community. Absolutely love love this place! They always take great care of Grandpa and the staff always goes above and beyond to help! We eat lunch here once a week and the food and staff is AMAZING!!!
This is such a beautiful place! The management team work great together and the staff are friendly and caring. I've only been with Mallard since May of 2017 and I already feel like family here. The residents are wonderful and I'm so glad I choose me to work here! We are just one big happy family!
