I’ve been to a few other rehab facilities and none of them even start to compare to Mallard Lake! All the staff members feel like family. Everyone is very accommodating, welcoming, caring and much, much more. Audrey, Amanda, Carrie, Ashley, Lilian, Ash, Missy, Jessica and all the nurses are amazing. Mallard has been significantly instrumental in helping me regain control over my life. The entire nursing staff is friendly and professional and ALWAYS provides kind and compassionate care. My counselor, Ash, has shown me a truly genuine concern and it helps me feel safe to share my thoughts and feelings. Mallard saved my life. I was worried at first that a place that nice couldn’t possibly provide me the treatment I thought I needed. But Mallards approach turned out to be exactly what I needed.
