About five years ago I moved to mallard lake mobile home park, it was ran by a very nice lady named Josie who was the manager and she did a wonderful job of it. It was a nice clean quiet place to live. Now mallard lake is under new management and the place has gone down hill. Never, would I recommend anyone to move out here now.
Very high rent. It was a good quite place when Josephine was in charge. Now the police are out here multiple times a day.
Since Dawn has became manager stuff is finally getting DONE. It does take a little time due to last management slacking in their job. I've seen Dawn out with Carl (who by the way is a fantastic maintenance man along with sidekick Douglas) working her butt off to clean up out here. We Love it here and plan on staying a long time.
Great place management and staff go above and beyond.
I visited my sons n grandson and daughter in law Had a wonderful visit
I love living here. back with my brother, left got married and now back at 17 teal St. Lived here a few years ago.
