We have a vacation home on Lake Texoma and had not been there since 4th of July, we invited some friends to come join us for Labor Day weekend and upon arrival we realized both of our AC units were down. The House was extremely hot, we called Mallard and David answered, he told us he was with family but would try to be there by 6pm and he arrived at 4:00 pm. He had the problem fixed in 30 minutes.
