Great place to live. Awesome pool and the gym is new. I like the stair climber. We also like sitting out by the fountains- it is relaxing. Still close to everything I can commute into Cincy in just a few minutes.
I've lived in many apartments complexes, and Mallard Crossing's office and maintenance teams are top notch. Special shout out to Irakli on the maintenance team, and Samantha in the office, they're great. Rest assured that if you run into an issue while living here, there will be someone to help out, and they won't make you feel like you're being a hassle. Pat
If I could leave zero stars I would! Please do not move here. It is a nightmare. If I went into details, you would be disgusted and feel my pain. Save yourself. Do not move here.
RUN!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE…I DONT EVEN WANNA GET INTO ALL THE BAD BECAUSE ITS REALLY BAD!! JUST READ THE COMMENTS!! THEY ARE ALL TRUE..
