Tara was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She showed us multiple apartments and gave us a full tour of the community — pool, tennis courts, lakes — with so much knowledge and genuine enthusiasm. She clearly explained utilities and the application process, making everything feel simple and stress-free. 🇷🇺 Русский: Очень плохой опыт проживания. Апартаменты низкого качества — слышно абсолютно всё через стены, шумоизоляции почти нет. Вода работает плохо, бывают проблемы с напором. В целом жильё не соответствует цене. Отдельно хочу предупредить про депозит — деньги не возвращают. Берут так называемый fee вместо депозита, который НЕВОЗВРАТНЫЙ, и об этом нормально не объясняют.
