I’ve driven past this place a few times and finally had the chance to drop by and visit some friends who live here. Country View & Mallard Cove is an incredibly pleasant and peaceful community. You can tell right away that they take great pride in the property; everything is spotless, the lawns are perfectly manicured, and the overall vibe is very relaxing. For the most part a quiet place but... on the road I live on needs repair, getting bad ! Owner has NO desire to fix road ...just fill in with gravel on black top road and and the rules of the court seem to change. Lot rent keeps going up although it's still somewhat reasonable 😑 in Watertown area. Need to check this place out for yourself!
