0 Stars. There is a CRAZY lady living in 1216 S. New Wilke building Unit 307. She terrorizes the other residents by going into the dumpster, leaving trash everywhere in the building, everyday, and knocking on doors while residents sleep. Mallard Cove does nothing about it. You are not safe here!
