It's very quiet here! I always look forward to coming home knowing I'm able to relax. It's an older complex, built in the 1970's, so yeah some things need fixes or updates, but it does have lots of charm(the walking path and landscape are incredibly nice). The majority of residents keep to themselves, and are polite. Yes, there's the occasional grump around, but you'd be hard pressed to find an area without one! The building managers are rude and unprofessional. The residents let their children run around unsupervised and destroy property while the management makes idle threats. The property manager will not address issues with rude and disrespectful residents and will tell you to handle it yourself. I'm not sure why we pay assessments if we are supposed to address other residents and nasty parents about their unruly children or unneighborly behaviors.
