The building managers are rude and unprofessional. The residents let their children run around unsupervised and destroy property while the management makes idle threats. The property manager will not address issues with rude and disrespectful residents and will tell you to handle it yourself. I'm not sure why we pay assessments if we are supposed to address other residents and nasty parents about their unruly children or unneighborly behaviors.
