Building a home is an exciting and stressful experience and the team at Holmes Homes did a great job making it happen for us. This is the second time we've built with Holmes Homes and we would do it again in the future.
Great visit! Nice floor plans.
The price of development is steep to local wildlife and outdoor recreation. Homes are stretching further south and are starting to creep over ancient native american sites. Liquefaction, flooding, and foundation problems will most likely happen to these houses in time. All for the sake of a pretty view. The phragmites aren't a problem for the DNR if there is no access to the lake because of having to tread through private property.
