My second experience with CarStar 2 years in a row. Both experiences entailed body work and the service/work was exceptional. The most recent visit was due to hail damage and I got my car back looking like the first day I purchased it. I really appreciate their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle and I’m always so thrilled to see it!
Jessica, Vince, Greg and the other staff are fantastic. They were helpful in repairing our van from hail damage earlier this year. Also, helped us with damage on another vehicle. Quality work and people and their work is top notch. Great job and this is still our go to shop. Thanks for the help! Eric Sadler
My truck had 2k on it when the hail hit, I was devastated and worried the repair wouldn't match exact. I was lucky, I had minimal damage but still it's a brand new truck. Most ot it was PDR with only one needing paint. Mistrata's repair is perfect, I can't tell where the damage was and I know where it was. Thanks Mistrata's for returning me my new truck to flawless. First got in contact with them march 26th never got a response emailed agian marching 31st got a call on april 1st saying they'll get my windshields ordered back windshield was gone and front was cracked to hell because of the storm didnt get any contact from them till I called on april 17th to see whats wrong they said they didnt see anything and that they'll put me on the board heard nothing agian so I called april 23rd they said I needed to bring my car in for them to order the windshields ( that would've been nice to hea... read more
