I am a small business owner and need my pickup truck. I had a dent to my bumper/ They were SO accommodating! Other places wanted to keep my truck for 3 weeks to put on a new bumper (even though it only required five hours of work). My insurance only paid for $50/day for a rental (a similar pickup truck would be $78/day to rent), so having my truck literally sit somewhere for 3 weeks (again, for only ONE DAY of work) seemed absurd to me. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with my vehicle! Courteous, professional, and very respondent to my needs. They kept in touch with me via text on the status of my vehicle the whole way through. The workmanship is impeccable and you don’t even notice I was in an accident! Would recommend Car Star every time!
