Ordered 3 saddle pads and they gladly charged my credit card but never shipped the pads. i got no email confirmation, no tracking information and no response to numerous emails. The phone number had a message that simply stated "if you have questions about delivery of your order, please email us at...". I had already emailed and gotten no response. I ordered my saddles pads, girth, and a bridle from this vendor. One of the saddle pads I ordered came in the wrong color, the store offered to ship another pad or give me a discount on he one I ordered. I decided to take the discount and keep the pad since the color was close to what I wanted. Thank you for the great service!
I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. After ordering an expensive riding coat at least 4 months ago. NO shipment, no refunds, no return mail or calls, no calls back to their suppliers. CAVE CAVE CAVE!!!!!
