Mall of ga ford was great to deal with. They offered free pick up and drop off service which took alot off my load and they communicated throughout the service. On time and very easy to work with. I recommend them very highly.

I was supposed to have an appointment, but it must’ve been some kind of error, but they took care of me got me in and out
Super disappointed in this service visit. They admitted to not even looking at the car yet are trying to charge $10,000 to fix the bearings. They said it will take 25 labor hours to fix. I left and took my car to a different service provider who charged $1K and did it in 4 hours. I lost my $200 for a "diagnosis" that didn't even happen. My friend was able to tell me over the phone without even looking at the car that the bearings were the problem. So why was this diagnosis $200?
