I’ve taking my cars to Mall of Georgia Collision Center for years. Ernie is the absolute best! Takes care of everything and has made sure I’m happy with the work they’ve done every time. I just left their shop with my latest damaged car and they have not missed a beat. Highly recommended!
I would steer away from this shop for your repairs. Initial interaction was just ok. Brought truck in for repairs on the front and back ends after being rear ended and pushed into the car in front. Repairs looked fine however there were a couple issues that I had that ended in a lapse in communication on their end with no resolution. There was no flexibility on dropping the vehicle off again for them to remediate the issues that I found.
