UNBELIEVABLE COMPANY! I did not by my home generator from this company but I wish I had!. I found out about this company from a friend that had also bought 4 home generators from another company. When I went by to sign up for a service contract the entire office staff came to the lobby and introduced themselves to me!! WOW!! I knew I was in the right place! Great job! Great people, great service! Couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how quickly our generator was installed and ready to go. We should have done it years ago and I'd use Mall Energy again.
Kendal Archer and his team provided information clearly as to what generator we needed and it's configuration, and provided seamless installation of the generator. The generator works great and Kendal has checked with us to insure proper operation and to provide information concerning maintenance. A+ with us.

Mall Energy assessed our needs, clearly explained our options, and provided reasonable pricing for our generator. Installation went smoothly. We have now had our generator well over a year, and it has worked very well every time the power has gone out. We had them come out and perform an annual routine maintenance as well, and they did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend Mall Energy for your generator needs.
