Mall Energy assessed our needs, clearly explained our options, and provided reasonable pricing for our generator. Installation went smoothly. We have now had our generator well over a year, and it has worked very well every time the power has gone out. We had them come out and perform an annual routine maintenance as well, and they did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend Mall Energy for your generator needs.
Mall Energy is your go-to source for whole house generators in East Texas. Personally decided to go with the Kohler and couldn’t be happier. Great planning and scheduling for electrical and plumbing installation. Follow-up was great and received a call after a storm a few days after setup was complete to see if we lost power and how the generator worked.
