a mall, really? Can you even consider it "a mall" anymore? It seems more of a ghetto hangout! On the rare occasion I do stop to shop there I see the samething I saw the last time I was there. Don't get me wrong they have a few good store well maybe just Boscov's! Express seems to have only outdates express clothes; when I go to the viewmont mall I see all different more in style stuff. I bought a pair of shoes at famous footwear last summer that are STILL at Famous Footwear! There are more ghetto stores than decent stores.. ... read more

Disappointing for a Downtown City Mall This is one of the most limited malls I've ever been to, the selection of stores is extremely limited and I only go here if I really need something and am downtown. I'm originally from a much larger city, so my shopping experience is a bit jaded in comparison, however. It also seems to cater to two divergent age groups--the really young (Aeropostale, Rave) or the middle aged (Boscovs, Eddie Bauer) and not a lot in between.

A-W-E-S-O-M-E this mall is just about the nicest mall ive ever seen!!!!! it has great food and also has many stores too chose from. ive seen kids love the stores as well adults. the store is very organized and everything is in its place. it is also very clean.my children always say the floor is very shiny so i think that is a good thing if my 3 year old notices something like that. the stores always have great sales on anything you can imagine from bedspreads to candles. the salespeople also are great if you need help findin... read more

OK This mall is pretty nice, but I usually only go here for a specific purpose, such as a really good deal. Otherwise it isn't worth the hassle of going into downtown Scranton and dealing with the tight parking spaces. Today, I went to the Boscovs because they had really good deals on curtains. Boscovs is one of my favorite department stores, so that draws me to this mall. The other department store here is Bon Ton, which isn't that great. The rest of the stores in this mall are OK but nothing to rave about. I do like the fr... read more

Small This mall is kind of on the small side and it's a hectic drive through Scranton getting here. I don't really like their underground parking garage either. The mall is on the small side. There are two levels, but only 2 department stores- Bonton and Boscovs. I prefer Boscovs because they run pretty good sales there. There is a huge warehouse store called Steve & Barry's where the clothes are super cheap, but I don't like it too much. The food court in this mall is so-so, with a decent number of restaurants. There aren't... read more

Nice holiday shopping I have been here a lot lately going shopping for the holidays because you can always find some really good deals. They run doorbuster sales at Boscovs and Bon Ton also has some decent prices. I love the Disney Store for buying gifts for children, and the Land of Toys is also really nice. The only downside of this mall is that it is very small so there aren't a ton of selections as far as different stores to shop in. The food court is pretty nice and spacious and includes a play area for children. It ove... read more

Nice Place Steamtown is a nice place. It is 2 levels with parking underneath the mall. There are 2 flagship stores and many other anchor stores such as Bath and Body works, Things Remembered, and The Disney Store. It is very clean and well lit. There are some places to eat in the food court. The Steamtown historical train station is right next store which is an added bonus.

Everything under one roof I like going there not only to shop but my children like to play in the food court on the play thingy. They hold a halloween paraide every year we attend and the kids love it. Everything you need under one roof.
