Zero empathy. Talks to you like a child. Tries to pressure you to go on medications for ADD when you don't need them.
I only had my first session, so I'll try to update this accordingly. I found Dr. Malkin to be sharp, quick on the uptake, and sympathetic. Highly recommended.
