Mike did a fantastic job on our deck. Exceeded all my expectations and I am about as fussy as they come. Mike is a great communicator, uses the best products and the best fasteners. Job site is kept clean during construction. Great work ethic and takes pride in every detail. Six star rating for Malkin & Daughters.
Mike has done two projects for us in the past and we have been so happy with the quality of work and professionalism. We had a sliding patio door replaced and a bathroom renovation. Highly recommended and are already thinking of future project to reach out to him for in the future.
We highly recommend Mike! He is very dependable and set clear expectations as to the length and time of the job. He is impeccably neat and immaculate, working both inside and outside of our home. He even put tarp down in the driveway when cutting wood! He installed replacement windows- and replaced two doors, and also completely reconfigured a picture window and installed three double hung windows. A Perfect job. We highly recommend Malkin and Daughters!
