I called Nigel after hours for biohazard cleaning, he was kind enough to come by as everyone else that I called was available the next day. He was professional and explained the process. I am very happy with Nigel's service. Nigel recommended a man named Bruce to help with junk removal. Bruce did what was needed as the items to be removed were disgusting (things you want out but do not want to touch or do it yourself). Update: I asked Nigel to come over to house to quote cleaning of attic area. His team responded in a timely manner for the appointment time and sent reminders on day of appointment. He arrived on time and conducted a professional review of the required work. He gave me an honest and professional opinion of what his conclusions were.
