Great Dr.! Have seen her for a number of years. She gets right to yout problem and helps you through it. Nothing but great experience"s there .
Wish I would have read this. I made an appointment with dr malls to go over my films for a second opinion on my cervical surgery. Took off work. Went for appointment. Was told I was with his nurse practitioner. What??? She opened the file and said “he said you don’t need it”. Seriously???? I walked out. I’m disgusted. Lost work today and left hanging. The receptionist acted like he couldn’t understand the problem. Is it me?? Horrible.
Was reluctant to schedule this appointment based on the previous reviews, but the negative reviews were so far from the truth. Joyce at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating and Dr. Umamaheswaran was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, informative and kind. She is a wonderful doctor! So very pleased with the care we received.
The doctor is kinda rude and made me feel bad for even coming to her when I had my concussion. I felt like I was just wasting her time. I’m sure she knows her stuff though, just bedside manner could use some work. She didn’t tell me that I needed to pay $300 upfront when I went to my mri and they even told me she should have told me that. The receptionist is really sweet though ! Hope she’s having a good day.
Since Covid, many locations have been short staffed. At this location, Kaylee is the one I speak with most. She has gone above and beyond to assure appointments and pick ups are coordinated with my schedule.
