I have had several unfortunate experiences here that have added up to causing me to never come back again. First, one of my appointments was cancelled out of convenience to the esthetician, even though I was told I should be seen by the date I had scheduled in order to get the best results. (The esthetician didn’t want to come in because two other clients had cancelled that day and it was easier for her to cancel my appointment than to keep it. I have never had a facial like the ones I get with Mali. She is an expert esthetician and caring professional. She does everything your face needs to look better, as opposed to so many facials where they just lather on too much cream. She tweezes, cleanses, exfoliates, steams, waxes, hydrates, massages etc. It is sublime and has been hugely effective in helping me maintain my aging skin in good condition. She is also the kindest person you'll ever meet. If I could give this spa, ten stars, it would not be enough, truly!
I had a procedure on my neck with Megan. She is very helpful and very nice.
