I find the staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating I made a mistake with my date of appointment and they managed to fit me in anyways without any stress
Dr V is the best RA Dr I have ever encountered. She listens, cares and is very respectful. She gets to the bottom of the issues, addresses them! She will break treatment plans down for you. Her staff is 💯 respectful, caring as well. If problem arises they do their best to get you an appointment sooner then expected. Her nurse Christy is awesome as well. You want a dr you can trust, this is the one to go to!
Appointment Canceled Without Consent After 6-Month Wait I waited over six months for an appointment, only to have it canceled without my consent by a staff member named Christy. This is unacceptable and shows a serious breakdown in professionalism and patient care. Because of her actions, I never even got to meet the doctor I had been waiting half a year to see.
