I am thrilled to be a patient with Dr. Lam. Beautiful office and lovely, caring staff.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lam. I have been her patient since 2018, which makes the way I was treated even more upsetting. Despite being a long-time patient, I felt dismissed, rushed, and treated with absolutely no regard. What was most shocking is that she dismissed me as a patient and sent me a letter without giving any clear or reasonable explanation. Super nice and professional
Had a tooth break over the weekend. Dr Lam got back to me as soon as she could on Saturday, made sure I was not in amy pain and was able to get in first thing Monday morning. The staff was wonderful and for someone who is apprehensive to sit in the dental chair, not on the other side, it was a pleasurable experience. Thank you again Dr. Lam and staff. :)
I appreciate the staff very much. They are cheerful and helpful. My cleaning was done by Vanessa. She was very efficient and gentle throughout the treatment. I was pleased with the entire process and thankful for her knowledge as she encouraged me along throughout our time together. Dr. Malinda was very supportive and positive. My thanks to all.
