I had such a great experience at Redmond Dental Smiles! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to my dental hygienist, Minju. She was incredibly friendly, patient, gentle, and professional throughout the entire cleaning. We love this place so much. I went from never seeing the dentist (my old one scared me) and now constantly calling to make appointments just because. Everyone is so gentle! They give you a warning if something is going to be uncomfortable. They massage your jaw when shooting. They constantly ask if you’re okay. There’s Netflix and blankets. I’ve been a patient of Dr Lam Gershoni for 11 years. I can say this office provides the best dental experience! From the front desk upon arrival to my hygienist Marchela, and to my dentist, Dr Lam, I’m in good hands. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you Melinda , Marchela and staff. You guys are the best!
My son and I are new patients and went for our cleanings. They were very nice and did a great job. All the staff were nice and friendly, glad this our new DDS.
