Horrific customer experience. Stay away!
It is absolutely insane... I have flagged lab results on my patient portal, and no one contacted me from the Dr office. I have been trying all day to call the office, and no one bothers to pick up, and i cannot leave a voice-mail. Absolutely outrageous.... I am freaking out and panicking ,not knowing what is going on.
My family has been going to her office for years.Not only is Dr.Malin very competent, she is kind and really hears what you have to say. Her partner Dr. Meyer and all of the support staff are also Wonderful!!! Jewels and family
Leanne the receptionist is quite a piece of work. Brand new patient, she was screaming at me within two sentences because I didn't have the right card. When I asked if she could look up my information she told me I had an attitude problem and that I could leave. Could not have been a worse experience. Leanne was also ill, she was coughing and sneezing and I felt unsafe.
Great family Doctor been with her for 16 years.
