I have been a patient with Dr. Julia Malin for over 10 years. While I really like Dr. Malin, I do not like the staff. Every time I go in, someone new is there. They are not welcoming, sometimes treat me with rudeness. They are not good on the phone. IF it were not for Dr. Malin, I would have stopped going long ago, and may still make that decision. When I call to speak to Dr. Malin for any reason, I am told NO, you have to make an appointment.

My Mother had an appointment today to meet her new primary care physician Dr. Malin and fill out paperwork. If you want to get a sickness this is the place to go. It was disgustingly dirty and there was no cleaning in between patients. Filthy dirty from top to bottom. They did not take her blood pressure, temperature or pulse. Find a different doctor. The convenience of a location is not the answer in this case. I have added a picture of the bathroom. You certainly wouldn't expect this kind of filth in a Doctors office.

It is absolutely insane... I have flagged lab results on my patient portal, and no one contacted me from the Dr office. I have been trying all day to call the office, and no one bothers to pick up, and i cannot leave a voice-mail. Absolutely outrageous.... I am freaking out and panicking ,not knowing what is going on.

My family has been going to her office for years.Not only is Dr.Malin very competent, she is kind and really hears what you have to say. Her partner Dr. Meyer and all of the support staff are also Wonderful!!! Jewels and family
