Awesome staff at this office. Most people don't like seeing a dentist and trust me I am one of them. Then I had a tooth ache and decided to try Dr. Malika Kohli out. She is not only an incredible dentist but a very warm and lovely person. I know I am a very difficult and demanding patient but they were extremely patient and helpful. I cannot thank Dr. Malika Kohli enough for her work and kindness. I was in so much pain and I made an emergency appointment with her office. From the time the appointment was made , checking my insurance and getting me as soon as possible it was excellent service. Her staff is very well trained. Dr. Malika Kohli is very proficient in her work. She was very patient with me as I was in so much pain. I needed a Root Canal and she took care of me. Today was my first visit at Columbia Pike Family Dentistry. Although I am very hesitant about my smile they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist and the office staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Malika Kohli is very knowledgeable and she explained everything to me in great detail. She took her time and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the service they provided to me. I am surely coming back and would highly recommend this office.
