Dr Spady is truly awesome and the care she takes with every patient is extraordinary, but apparently the patient load that Ochsner has given her is beyond workable. In person Dr Spady is awesome, but if you have any issues with medications or problems between visits, there’s a good chance you’ll be ghosted by her support staff. If you have any other choice for care, pls explore alternatives.
