Mike Hanson has been my realtor for many years including the purchase and sale of my first residence in SLO County and countless open houses and home tours. He is attentive and addresses any questions or concerns in a timely manner. His knowledge of the real estate market in general and as it pertains to SLO County is unmatched. Highly recommended and the staff at Malik have always been courteous at every turn.
My wife, Mary, and recently had to put our condominium unit up for sale. We co-owned the unit with our son who lived there. He passed away suddenly. It was a difficult in so many ways. Trudy and Ashley were our Realtors. We believe we could not have had anyone else be more empathic and professional in relieving the stress and emotional pain. They guided us through the entire process, we sold the unit for a fair price. They were a blessing way beyond just being our Realtors.
Trudy and Ashley were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Even when they did not know the answers they would seek out advice from their office in order to satisfy our request. In addition, Trudy would always follow up on our request for recommendations for contractors and construction help. High energy and good follow up.
It's hard to express how wonderful Ashley and Trudy were during the process of seeking and finding our exceptional home. They are such beautiful spirits! Ashley had a newborn with her at times and both she and Trudy were experiencing a family loss, neither of which interfered with our purchase.
