The front desk had an attitude problem from the moment I walked in the door. The 2 women who were working there should be fired immediately. Their attitude problem and mishandling of things led me to cancel my appointment and walk out the door. If that's how they run things in that office, it's clearly a place I don't want to go, and neither should anyone else.
