Left one appt due to there being at least 12 people sitting there. Told me it cud be an hour. I said no way with this many here. I rescheduled for a morning appt. ordered just lenses for my frames. Two weeks went by and I called to see if they were in. I was told yes. What happened to them calling to tell you this? Saw them screw up several appts for other patients a while back. Place def not run well.
Just tried to make appointment. Girl on phone was a dingbat. You don't honor my vsp and go through insurance. Ok. I know. When was my last exam through insurance? She tells me June. I say June 2016? She says yes. I say impossible. She says maybe 2015. I say which is it? She says she doesn't understand the question....
Very disappointed. Had appointment and when i arrived they told me that they no longer are taking vision insurance but using only medical insurance. Wanted to bill me through medical and charge me $50 copay instead of my $10 vision plan. Very unethical and unprofessional will never use them again.
I have been coming here for many years, but I will look for a new place. Nobody returns my calls and you have to wait 2 hours after you get there to see someone
Woodbury optical sucks! Why would they offer an appointment at 10:30am just for you to wait almost 2 hours to be seen by a doctor! This place needs to step thier game and staff up! I don't have two hours to just waste ok.
Been coming here for about 12 years. I always saw Dr. Malik who was wonderful. Now they have a new lady who is very good. I had a great experience. Her name is Dr. P. I went back for glasses and contacts and Fred was helpful and awesome. Ordered my contacts at a great price. Then a gentleman who's name I did not get helped with my glasses. A great experience and they will continue to get my business.
