The appointment confirmation app was extremely hard and frustrating to use . Do I really have to answer if I changed my sex , race , ethnic background and a bunch of information you already have like my birthdate . It took me about half an hour using tablet at the office . I was so pissed off I wanted to walk out the office . Pages and pages of forms and readings . In the office it took me half an hour to do .
