Dr. MALICKEL is amazing. Not all the staff are rude, there are a few very rude receptionist that could use a customer service class/inservice.
Dr. Malickel very friendly and knowledgable. However, if you are expecting to get an appointment, good luck. One week I called and got appointment same day, next week I call and told next appointment I could get was month and a half away. Only option they gave me was to go to urgent care. Guess it depends on who you talk to at office.
Dr. Jay Malickel is a caring individual who will go all out to provide the best care for his patients.
Friendly staff and great Family Dr. I don’t have to wait weeks to get appointment. The staff is always accommodating. Dr Malickel has great bedside manners! HE LISTENS TO HIS PATIENT. He schedules necessary labs, and test to rule out all possibilities. He really cares about my health!
