My husband, daughter and I have been going to Dr. Malickel for years. Great doctor and even better listener. Office staff and nurses are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend. A+
Having to seek a primary care physician since mine was retiring was a bit challenging/ I was informed of Dr Jay Malickel/ booked appointment & just went yesterday/ I absolutely loved him / kind / listener / thorough & super fast on his laptop looked up had all my info quickly: as a now retired RN I was not only impressed with him he was a “real” person/ plus we had a few laughs/ THAT you just can’t beat
Not a good experience. Staff has a poor attitude. Doc sent in meds that I needed to pharmacy that doesn’t work with my insurance. Turned into whole big problem. Staff gave me the runaround and doc acted like I was the problem. Don’t need this in my life.
Dr. MALICKEL is amazing. Not all the staff are rude, there are a few very rude receptionist that could use a customer service class/inservice.
Dr. Malickel very friendly and knowledgable. However, if you are expecting to get an appointment, good luck. One week I called and got appointment same day, next week I call and told next appointment I could get was month and a half away. Only option they gave me was to go to urgent care. Guess it depends on who you talk to at office.
