I visited Malibu West Swimming Club this morning with the intention of inquiring about a membership, but the experience was deeply unsettling. The culture within the club is anything but welcoming. I was met with immediate hostility and disrespect by a member, and when I attempted to discuss this with the HOA front desk rep, Tracy, she was dismissive and defensive. Attended a wedding. Make sure you set up your plans with Melissa. She's excellent, absolutely no regrets. Large or small she pays attention to all your requests down to and including every detail.
We had our wedding here and it was such a beautiful venue. Christine and Rebecca were incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly!!!
Nice place right in front of the beach.
The manager, "Christine," is very unprofessional and lacks manners. For such an expensive establishment, it leaves much to be desired. I hope they treat their next visitors more professionally. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.
