I was a patient here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and caring. I loved my counselor who helped me through some very hard times of my life. I learned ao.many coping skills and how to deal with my struggles after leaving and going home. I am doing great after leaving and couldn't be where I am.today without the help of all of their help! Commenting on Adele Dowling's experience... It's definitely unethical and greedy if they didn't disclose their no-refund policy up front and now refuse to discuss it. Anyone involved with a person with mental health issues knows that commitment and follow-through are not a given. I would think a facility specializing in that population would have a clause in their contract (if there even is one) to address early discharge. I am extremely wary of anyplace that puts profits first, especially a treatment center where clients and their families are at their most vulnerable! How dare you allow a drug-addicted, mentally unstable person sign a contract for a $15,000 treatment facility, when they are incapable of understanding anything, let alone a no-refund policy! This is irresponsible and should be illegal. So let the buyer beware that the integrity of Malibu Wellness Ranch is for sale, which from my perspective speaks volumes about the management ... read more

This is an amazing place. Nice people very tranquil place lots of therapy and meetings outdoor activities to keep everyone happy
