Absolutely horrible owned and managed property whom doesn't pay it's private contractors whom they called. Several times when a bill was submitted it took 4 to 6 weeks for payment. They last job totaling over $800 and never got paid. I would not recommend this place. Neither it's trailers nor it's apartments.
There are some nasty mobile homes there, but the apartments up front look OK from the outside. Never saw the inside
