Dr Adamson who seems to own the place is unprofessional in my opinion at one appt he complained about people and their preferred pronouns then at our next appt he complained about Asian veterinary students. Racism and anti Trans/LGBTQ+ opinions are things I don't tolerate from businesses I frequent. Absolutely appalled! If there was an option to give no stars, they would be receiving zero stars. My dog came here in November as he had a lump on his front leg underneath his armpit. The older man, who judging by the reviews on here seems to be Peter, the owner, diagnosed him with a bee sting. Fast forward to today, February. The lump is still there. So I took him back today to get another diagnosis as albeit, I am no Vet, I would assume that the bee sting would not be the same in size as it was three months ago. Anyway, th... read more
Initial experience was really good and very positive. 2nd experience with Peter was not so positive. For someone that kept telling us that he has 40+ years of experience I expected better, his attitude for someone of his age needs work, is rude and cut my wife off in mid conversation, told us that he needed to attend to other appointments even though the clinic was late with our appointment and couldn't give us the time of day. After being recommended here by a friend I couldn’t be happier to have finally found a vet I trust. The care, time and patience put in by doctor Peter and all the nurses at Mulibu for my baby who has been very sick with an unknown illness has been beyond expectations. As a retired Vet Nurse myself it’s hard to put my trust into anyone when it comes to my dog and safe to say Bella will not be seeing anyone else from now on. Thanks to the team for everything over the last 2 weeks.
Very rude people. We take all our pets here and the one time they're closing early is the one time im waiting on my pay. They wouldn't wait an extra half hour before kicking me and my daughter out while keeping our cat for the night. Mind you, this is after i asked how much extra would it cost if he stayed and her response was that they dont keep animals there overnight they aren't 24 hours so noone is there to watch or feed the animals.
