First time tanning and one of the women at the desk actually helped me and explained how everything worked instead of making me feel stupid. So that was great. Clean & well air conditioned.

Malibu Tanning in South Bend is hands down the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable—they truly make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in. The beds and equipment are always spotless, and the whole place has such a fresh, clean vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Their service is top-notch, with attention to detail and a genuine care for their customers!

Worst experience ever ! I signed up for a package and was told that I could use whatever bed I wanted and was not informed of only having two weeks to use said package . After waiting in line for forever the first and second time and discovering the employee told me completely wrong all they did to make up for it was give me some little sample lotions in a small container .
