I spent $900 on a tanning package and they refused to let me tan today because did not buy my lotion there. It was the same lotion they sell. She said it smelled different but did not open one of theirs to compare. I've been tanning for 15 years and know what I'm using for lotions.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Worst tanning experience I’ve ever had. They falsely advertise that their tanning is $18.88, but that’s not true they forgot to mention that they charge you at $30 activation fee, I paid around $75 for 1 month of tanning for only level one beds. They were very pushy about buying only their lotions. They insisted I buy their expensive lotions and when I bought a lotion somewhere else they wouldn’t let me use it. I will not be returning ever.
Been coming here since I was 16 always relaxing clean environment
I have been a member off and on since they opened their doors. I have been to others that over charge and have outdated bed. Malibu’s beds a great!
Been going to the Bryan store for almost 3yrs and I absolutely love it! Not one bad thing to say.
