Shane and the team have been great to deal with easy communication, good pricing, speedy and an even better job. They installed a chlorinator on my older system and the install was done very quick, neat and hassle free, they even explained how to properly maintain my filters which they didn’t even install. Highly recommend

We had a pool built by Malibu, and I must say I would definitely not recommend this company. We’ve had many issues and they never respond and when they do respond it’s always rude. Our pool had a massive area where the grout was the wrong colour and they refused to fix it. It took a lot of time - over a year to get them out here to finally fix the problem- that too very reluctantly! Pool lights have never worked properly! We signed a contract with Malibu Pools in mid-2021. Demo/ excavation to be done in December. This was delayed and in February 2022 they gave us an update claiming the DA was taking time. After numerous emails and phone calls we received an email saying they were breaking the contract. As the DA had been submitted we requested the drawings. Despite requests for these drawings we have been stonewalled with no explanation, having lost over a year while waiting for progress. We’re now back where we started without a pool.
