If I could give Malibu Nails & Spa a "zero" star rating I would. This was my 2nd time going. The 1st time I got a mani/pedi. It was painful, two cuticles were cut and bleeding, but the paint job itself was decent and the salon is in a convenient location. So I decided to give the salon a 2nd try. IT WAS HORRENDOUS! The woman doing my pedicure started to scrub my heel and hoisted my foot up by grabbing my big toe!
