I returned a pair of Natalie Blanc, they accepted my return but failed to credit the refund to my account. They denied ever having received the glasses. Rude little man working in there that gets in your face and barks at you.
Wonderful optometry and optical center. The exams are professional, high tech and very pleasant. The eyewear selection is stellar. The customer service is unparalleled.
Great experience here. Great Doctor, staff, and cutting edge tech for your eyes. It is Malibu so you're looking at about 1k minimum for a pair of prescription glasses (after insurance), but the selection is highend with cool brands worth checking out!
Copious amounts of lying, mansplaining and gaslighting. Cool toys, horrific customer service. Shopping there is an episode of a comedic psychological horror show.
