Brilliant service from start to finish, kept up to date on delivery times and on hand with any questions we had. Everything explained clearly on installation no problems at all and would definitely recommend.
Although pricing and delivery was good. Jacuzzi was damaged however usable promise of new part it hasn’t arrived and this is nearly a year ago

The Malibu service team were excellent, extremely helpful in sourcing a replacement pump for our existing hot tub. The installation team were efficient, organized, and friendly. Would highly recommend them to hot tub owners. Special thanks to Richard, Ewen and Nigel.
First class service, we were refreshed to not be guided to the most expensive option but to the one that best suited us. From our first visit all the way to us using and maintaining our hot tub we would recommend the team 100%.
