The team at Malibu Collision were fantastic! When I took my car in for an ICBC estimate they were really helpful and had really good customer service - nice guys. They called me back within an hour or two to make an appointment and communication was clear and concise. I got my car back in pristine condition and they washed/cleaned the car - it was a nice gesture. It was so painless and smooth, I had a great experience with the guys at Malibu. Came here to repair scratches on the driver side door and some bumper dents. One not covered by ICBC and one was. Excellent results for both and was given a courtesy car for the duration (3 days). Ryan and Robin were both extremely helpful and explained the work that was done to my car. I would absolutely go back if I had another issue with my car, highly recommend.
