Top-notch service! Not only did the guys do an amazing job washing my car, but they also went above and beyond. I had a tire pressure warning light on, and without me even mentioning it, they noticed and took care of it while I was out having lunch. When I came back, my car was spotless and the tire pressure issue was fixed! It’s the little things like this that make a big difference. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Malibu Car Wash! The employees are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about providing great service. it’s clear that the whole team takes pride in what they do. I also want to specifically recognize the owner, Justin Silver. He is such an amazing human being: incredibly respectful, kind, and someone who clearly cares about both his customers and his employees. You can tell that the positive atmosphere at Malibu Car Wash starts with the leadership. It’s honestly refreshing to... read more
We had such a great experience! The team did an exceptional job cleaning both the interior and exterior of our car. Everything looked spotless and they really took their time to make sure it was done right. Justin and his team were nice and helpful. I definitely recommend bringing your car here. You can tell they take pride in their work, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
I like to come here as they are nice and doing a good job. On some days can take long time, but never too long.
I was quoted $120 for an interior and exterior wash. Asked if they could spray something or add an air freshener after. Went to retrieve the car and was told that a machine was placed in the car to get rid of a "smell". They failed to disclose that would be an extra charge. that alone was $200 extra! That guy is a SCAMMER. my car now smells like a chemical plant, I was hoping for cherries. Never going there again.
