Can’t speak highly enough of David Thorpe and his attention to detail. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a boat that would be used by ourselves and our family. So willing to share his knowledge and make it all happen seamlessly. We recently had a great experience with David Thorpe and Malibu Australia with the purchase of our new boat. David made to process so easy and enjoyable and our boat was delivered a month before the expected date. His attention to detail and assistance with any questions is above and beyond. Cant recommend David and Malibu Australia enough.
We bought a 21 LX off Thorpey (David Thorpe) in 2022 from JSW Marine on the Gold Coast. Our 3rd new Malibu over the years, and Thorpey was great to deal with. No BS, what he said he'd do he did and we were looked after right through the journey. Delivered the boat on the water and spent a couple hours going through all. He's my first call for the next boat - can't recommend him and the dealer enough, good guys.
So happy to pick up our 8th Malibu. A big shout out to David Thorpe for providing excellent customer service. He is a top person and someone that is always willing to listen and help. Also thanks to Matt Saunders (engineer for Malibu boats) for letting us spend time in his boat last Christmas reminding us that we needed to invest in our 8th Malibu. Cheers guys.
