This was my first consultation with Attorney Malia. As a landlord, I have spoken to him in the past, however, not in such depth. He prepared for our meeting which was arranged by his assistant, Michelle. She is very thorough and they work well on their procedures. He knows the law and NYS is not easy. I highly recommend him and just follow his advice.
He did a great job for me on a very serious speeding ticket I got and save me a lot of money and did great work and put a lot of attention to my case I was very pleased with his work
NYS Eviction laws are very complex. Glen is an honest lawyer who can guide you through a difficult time.

Mr Malia uses a lump sum, up front cost for standard evictions and once you pay that money it seems service slowly declines to a point where a few months later you don't hear back from him. I have left several messages on multiple lines, sent several emails and have not heard back from him. He collected some partial rent from the tenant I was evicting and was supposed to send to us and has not.
