My experience with Malhotra & Associates was a complete disappointment. I spent two years with them attempting to process my Green Card, and all that time was wasted. Communication was poor from the beginning, with confusing instructions and a lack of follow-up. The most serious issue was that, when USCIS requested my medical examination, the firm never submitted it, despite me fulfilling all the requirements and providing it on time.
